This year means a fresh start, a white canvas, new beginnings! This is my first attempt at Project Life. Last year, I enjoyed reading the blogs with Project Life pages. One of my resolutions is to improve as the family's memory keeper and Project Life can help me with this objective.
For my title page I went with some patterned paper from Simple Stories. The photos are from November, last year. A photo of Us at the wedding and a photos of the kids during our camping trip.
My plan for this year is:
1. Use my stash. I will use what I have. I will use my huge stash of patterned paper and Elle's Studio die cuts. I will cut scraps in the size that will fit the page protectors instead of getting a Project Life kit.
2. I will go simple. Very simple. The priority is to record the memories instead of design and embellishments.
3. I will not worry if I get behind, unless I am behind several weeks...Do you know what I mean?. I will blog about my scrapbook pages for accountability and link to TheMomCreative.
4. I will print at Costco and/or Walgreens, which means weekly trips to the mall. However, I am keeping my eye on a Selphy printer.
That is everything for now! Right now, I am writing my annual goals list and deciding on my One Little Word. Looking forward for a wonderful year!
