The challenge consists to create a paper project about or for a special man or boy in your life.
This was not a real challenge for me, since I have a stack of boy photos from my two sons just waiting to be scrapped!
Here is my take for this challenge:
I used the sketch from Purple Pumpkin June Challenge. Loved this sketch!
Supplies are patterned paper from Echo Park Paper "For the Record"; alphabet: American Crafts; Flourishes: Prima Marketing Inc, and the black doily, all the so cute buttons and skull ribbon are from Purple Pumpkin.
I used my Sew Easy too with the straight stitch head and mat for hand stiching the red patterned paper. It took a lot of less time than I thought and I loved how it turned out!
Here is another close-up:
So sorry, for the bad photos, it has been raining a lot these days, here.
I used doilies and flourishes since they resembled to me the ship steering wheel and waves respectively.
Look all the possible themes you can use for this challenge!
Ok! It is now time to see what you come up for the challenge! Join us and create a masculine project about your dad, you husband, your special other, your boy friend, your brother, your son...
