Welcome to the Neighborhood Blog Hop

Woohoo!!! Are you ready to get our Fun in the  Neighborhood Blog Hop started?

We're so glad you are joining us at our Neighborhood Blog Hop.  At each of our Design Team Member's blogs, you will stop and be able to virtually eat some yummy food at our progressive dinner.  You'll see how we were inspired by our dishes to inspire you with some great projects using The Paper Trail's April 2011 Kit.

April 2011 Kit includes 8 Crate Paper Neighborhood DS patterned papers, 4 sheets Bazzill cardstock, Crate Paper Neighborhood alpha stickers (12x12), Border stickers, trims, and buttons. Plus, Prima felt embroidered flowers, Prima birds, and a package of Bo Bunny Double Dot Chipboard Swirls and alphabet.

So, if you are coming from Amarilys you are in the right place!

If not head back to The (Paper) Trail Makers Challenge Blog to get started from the beginning and see a list of all the links if you get lost along the way. You don't want to miss a thing!

To get inspired, I want to share with you...

When I saw this challenge prompt I knew I wanted to create a scrapbook layout with the following patterned papers from the new Crate "Neighborhood" collection: "Garden" and "Together".

This layout was created with a sketch from Sketch Inspiration (sketch #213). The buttons I attached to my layout are from the "Neighborhood" collection too. I applied Ranger "Stickles" in Dark Blue to the pink flower by bordering the stitches. In addition, I applied Adirondack "Dimensional Pearls" in Dark Denim to the house as a small accent. Both items are available at Leave a Paper Trail store.

You can see better, here...

Love these sentiments "you are the apple of my eye" and "i pick you". Both were printed in kraft cardstock from the following template: Krisi's-Kreations from ScrapMatters "Buttoned Up: Sentiments".

Thanks so much for visiting today! It would not be a hop without some blog candy!:):)

Please become a follower, if you are not already and leave a comment below to win my little RAK! One Crate Paper layered chipboard in addition to an assortment of chipboard stickers from Scrapworks.

Hurry and get hopping!

Next is Sandi
