We have a new challenge for you at Scrapbookers Anonymous. The challenge is to use at least seven (7) flowers on your layout. The only requisite is that they should be pre-made. Not home made flowers please.
Scrapbookers Anonymous is a "Use your Stash" challenge. We want to help you to dig into your stash and use the flowers you have been meaning to use but for some reason have not... think outside the box. And we won't stop if you use more than seven... as we always say, more is better...
For this layout designed according to sketch 2.24 from Sketchy Thursdays, I used Sassafras Mix and Mend paper, Core-dination cardstock, some coordinating stickers, Heidi Swapp flowers in orange and yellow and Purple Pumpkin buttons. The yellow doily is from Purple Pumpkin too!!
I was drawn to the kraft colors combined with the bright turquoise, yellow and orange, so that it was inspired this layout. I had this flowers since Heidi Swapp flowers and embellishments was the hot trend of the moment. I am so happy to finally use them!
Some close-ups of the beautiful doily and cute buttons from Purple Pumpkin:
More owl, flower and bird buttons!
This layout documents the celebration of Mother's day at Diego's pre-school last May (May 5, 2010). I was so happy to see his smile and hear him sing!
One participant will be chosen at random to win a beautiful scrapbook kit from CHA Winter 2011. You have until March 31 to participate. You can see the prize's picture at Scrapbookers Anonymous!!!
I will love to see what you can create with flowers!!!
Until next time!
